Butler Faces Difficult Competition as They Compete Against No. 21 Xavier

The Bulldogs are yet to show that they can win against ranked opponents going 0-8 against teams inside the top 25. Despite the unfortunate trend, Butler will travel to Cincinnati on Wednesday to take on No. 21 Xavier. Though history is not on Butler’s side, the Bulldogs have momentum after taking down Creighton and squeezing out a 56-53 win over Georgetown.

IUPUI Struggles to Surpass the 2-Win Mark With Just A Handful of Games Left

   IUPUI heads back to “The Jungle” this week to take on East-West University. This comes after the Jaguars had their 6th game cancellation of the year due to COVID-19 complications (3rd in the past week). The team has looked rough this year, but there is still time to pick up a few more wins before the Horizon League Tournament. 

Brownsburg Looks for Revenge Against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks

     Brownsburg suffered a disappointing 60-58 blow to Crispus Attucks last season. Every sign points towards the 10th overall ranked Bulldogs receiving their long-desired revenge against the Tigers this year. Nonetheless, Crispus Attucks has shown to be a sneaky impressive team with underrated stars including Christian Nunn and Ron Rutland III. The matchup will tip-off at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday. 

Westfield Travels to Fishers for a Top 15 Showdown

   The action continues on Thursday when 12th overall ranked Westfield Shamrocks look to take down 3rd overall ranked Fishers. This is without Purdue Commit, Braden Smith who will miss at least 3-weeks with a foot injury while amid a promising Mr. Basketball campaign. Westfield has struggled tremendously with Smith out suffering a devastating loss to Avon. On the other hand, Fishers have a chokehold on the HCC with an overall record of 15-2 and 5-0 inside the conference.
